Refund policy

◊ You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and have the original tag.

◊ Return shipping will be at your own cost. 

◊ Returned products will only be exchanged with other products or will be given a credit for the next purchase.

◊ Refunds will only be accepted if the product is defective. And will be refunded once the product has been inspected.

◊ Products on discount will not be refunded or exchanged.

◊ Once the product has been given to the courier company and the customer is given a tracking number, Yacxilan Artwear is no longer responsible for the outcome.
